The drug Aromex (Exemestane) – is a drug of the group of aromatase inhibitors, which reduces the production of estrogens in the body. This drug is approved in the US and is used in the treatment of breast cancer.
In bodybuilding, Aromazine (Exemestane) is used on a steroid course to reduce the aromatizing effect (conversion of testosterone to estrogens) with the intake of anabolic hormonal drugs.

Athletes who wish to avoid developing gynecomastia, it is enough to take a half a tablet of the drug every other day. If gynecomastia already needs treatment, then a suitable dosage will be 1 tablet per day. Manufacturers do not recommend increasing this dosage.
Contraindicated the use of Exemestane pregnant and lactating women, as well as people with hypersensitivity to the main component of the drug.
