Description
Vermodje Exemever, pharmacological action – antitumor, antiestrogenic. Inhibits aromatase (irreversibly binds to the active center of the enzyme and causes its inactivation) and prevents the formation of estrogens. Has an anti-estrogenic effect, while not having progestogen and estrogenic activity, does not affect the synthesis of cortisol and aldosterone in the adrenal glands. If you take the drug in high doses, it shows a slight androgenic activity (due to the 17-hydro-derivative). Increases the level of LH and FSH on the principle of feedback: a decrease in the content of estrogen stimulates the release of gonadotropins in the pituitary gland.
Side effects
The side effects of Exemever can manifest themselves quite often and to varying degrees. So, an athlete can face such unpleasant consequences as:
– nausea
– fatigue
– increased sweating
– dizziness and headache
– skin rash
– Insomnia, etc.
In one athlete, side effects can manifest themselves intensely, while in another one the drug can be administered absolutely painlessly. Everything depends on the individual’s sensitivity to the active substance of the drug. But, as a rule, at observance of the recommended dosage, side effects of Aromazine do not appear at all or appear to an insignificant degree.
Application Exemever
For men:
If used to prevent the prevention of side effects during a heavy course, then enough sex tablets every day, or one tablet (25 mg) after 1-2 days.
If side effects are manifested, then take one tablet every day until the side effects disappear.
Admission to exercise after eating.
Course
The recommended dosage of Aromazine is ½ to 1 tablet daily or every other day. This dosage will completely avoid the side effects caused by steroids. The duration of taking the drug is 2-4 weeks. In the event that the athlete does not start taking aromatase inhibitors on time and already noticeable or even pronounced estrogenic side effects, you should start taking Exemestane one tablet (25 m) daily and do not stop taking the drug until the symptoms of gynecomastia disappear completely.
